It has a brick first floor, its upper floor was built in block construction. It is a listed building. The name refers to a family Vetterl, which inhabited this house since the beginning of the twentieth century.<\/p>\n<p>The Vetterlhaus is one of the last preserved remains of the old village of Tutzing and gives a good impression of the construction of the simple farmer&#8217;s and fisherman&#8217;s houses. Even if the house, also known as the &#8220;H\u00fcthaus,&#8221; was only one-third the size of an 18th-century fisherman&#8217;s house, the enormous shift in scale within the townscape is impressive.
