Unterzeismering has undergone an interesting historical development. In 1752, twelve estates were mentioned, six of which belonged to the Hofmark Tutzing, four to the Kastenamt Starnberg and one to the Tutzing church. One sixteenth of a farm was free. The area around Unterzeismering is ideal for hiking.<\/p>\n<p>The fishermen of Unterzeismering sell their fish from the lake fresh or smoked.<\/p>\n<p>Here there is also a small public bathing place, embedded in the carp angle, at this place the water is not so deep and mostly protected from the wind and therefore a little warmer.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is worth mentioning that there are several burial mounds from the Bronze and Iron Ages nearby in the Maist\u00e4ttenwald forest, which indicates a long history of settlement in the region.<\/p>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the center of Unterzeismering, as is characteristic of a typical Bavarian village, the inn (no longer in operation), the church and the maypole stand close together.
